This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who uses XOps. It exists to keep the platform safe, lawful, and reliable for all operators.
1. You must not
- Use the Service to violate any law or regulation, including aviation safety and export-control rules.
- Upload personal data you have no right to process, or content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes intellectual-property rights.
- Attempt to access another company's workspace, probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without written authorisation, or circumvent authentication, rate limits, or tenant isolation.
- Introduce malware, or use the Service to send spam or unsolicited bulk messages.
- Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties except as agreed in your order form.
- Scrape or bulk-extract data belonging to other tenants, or use the Service to build a competing product.
- Misrepresent AI-generated output as independently verified analysis in safety-relevant contexts.
2. Operational responsibility
- Keep credentials and API tokens confidential; rotate any token you suspect is exposed.
- Assign platform roles that match real responsibilities — approval rights in the platform should mirror your internal authority matrix.
- Review AI-assisted outputs with qualified personnel before acting on them (see the Aviation Regulatory Notice).
3. Fair use of shared resources
Compute-intensive features (roster optimisation runs, AI agent invocations, bulk exports) are subject to fair-use limits appropriate to your subscription tier. We may throttle usage that degrades the Service for others, and will contact you before applying persistent limits.
4. Security research
If you believe you have found a vulnerability, report it via the contact form. Give us reasonable time to remediate before disclosure; do not access data that is not yours.
5. Enforcement
We may remove content, suspend access, or terminate accounts for violations of this Policy. Where practical, we warn first and suspend only if the issue persists; immediate suspension is reserved for security incidents and unlawful content.
